Shipping destinations:

• We offer worldwide shipping. 

Shipping times:

• Shipments are sent out within 48 hours after your order is processed. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to be received.
• Shipping time may vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
• All next day orders placed before 12pm PST will ship the same day.
• Next day orders placed on the weekends will ship the following business day.

Signature Requirement for Orders Over $750:

• A signature is required for all orders over $750 to ensure secure delivery. This requirement cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• If you're unavailable to sign for your package, the carrier will typically attempt to deliver up to 3 times before returning to sender. Editing shipping instructions through UPS may cause your package to be delayed beyond our control.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for domestic customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  
• We currently accept all major credit cards, along with Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
• After your order is placed, you'll receive an email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a secondary email with Shipping & Tracking information.
• Billing will show up as "SP* Showroom.LA" on your billing statement.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at the time.
